Ella curates and executes a number of workshops, either based on her own work (focusing on the materials and techniques used within her practice) or on a given theme, such as Summer Sculptures or Impressionism.

She has experience of working with primary and secondary school aged children, young people, university students and adults. Ella also runs Continuing Professional Development sessions for teachers and school staff.
